Seven-day renewal grace by default
The standard issued licence keeps billing available for seven days after expiry while you arrange renewal. The exact grace period is stored in the signed licence and shown inside AbhiPOSS. After that configured period, billing changes pause until renewal, while existing records and recovery access remain available.

Pricing FAQ
What happens when the license expires?
AbhiPOSS licences use a seven-day renewal grace period by default, unless the issued licence or signed commercial terms specify a different period. Billing remains available during the configured grace period. After it ends, existing data, reports, backup export, support, and renewal remain available, while new bills and operational changes pause until renewal.
Do I need internet to use AbhiPOSS after buying?
The main Windows counter or standalone Android installation can bill without public internet after its license is installed. Browser and remote Android terminals need a reachable store server on the outlet network. Internet is needed for downloads, remote support, and any separately configured online service.
Where does my business data stay?
Your outlet can run on its own Windows installation, standalone Android device, or store server. Connected terminals use that configured source of truth; backup and remote access are set up according to the rollout.
Can Android phones or tablets be used as POS devices?
Yes. Android devices can be used as standalone POS devices for offline billing, or as connected terminals that log in to your store server for counter, table-side, supervisor, and floor operations.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Is this per counter or per outlet?
Per outlet. One outlet can use the counters, users, and connected devices included in its issued licence and agreed deployment. Separate standalone installations, extra users beyond the licence limit, and additional outlets must be included in the rollout.
What is included in renewal?
Product updates and email support for the licensed Restaurant Edition are included in monthly and annual plans. Hardware, on-site visits, data migration, custom integrations, and third-party services are quoted separately when required.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes. Starter is ₹599/month or ₹5,999/year for a single outlet. For 2–5 outlets, multi-outlet licensing is ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year per outlet. Choose monthly payments or one yearly renewal.
